If you're not yet sure what's possible, or whether a project is worth pursuing, this pathway provides professional clarity before commitment. We work through site constraints, planning considerations, rough cost reality and project direction in focused, targeted sessions. It's also the right pathway for small-scale works such as a pergola, minor alteration or targeted piece of design advice where a full service engagement isn't warranted.
The foundation stage of our Full Architectural Service. For clients who want to explore design direction, including form, layout, site response and spatial planning, before committing to a full engagement. Concept Design can be taken as a standalone stage, or used as the starting point for the full service.
For renovations, alterations and non-habitable additions such as carports and outdoor areas. We bring the same care and rigour to these projects as we do to new homes, working through Concept Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation. This pathway is well suited to projects that don't require planning approval and where the scope is clear and contained.

A structured support service for owner-builders and hands-on clients who want to take an active role in the design and delivery of their project. Through regular virtual one-on-one sessions, guidance and resources, we provide professional input at key moments without full architectural services.

Where additional support is needed during construction or after completion, we're available for site meetings, contractor queries, variations or post-completion follow-up. Any additional services are scoped and confirmed with you before we proceed.
